Thanks for featuring our history and considering us to be part of this amazing project: Tase of Exile and MenuFesto.

Taste of Exile is an immersive, multisensory virtual reality (VR) dining experience by artist Illya Mousavijad, Paloma Martinez-Cruz and chef Cristina Martinez.

MenuFesto highlights: memory, migration and resilience. Vainilla y Chocolate and other Food workers shared the journey that brought us here and how we express our art and culture through food.

Exhibition and oral histories remains on view during gallery hours until May 5, 2026.

This weekend will be our last day of the indoor season
- April 18th!

Thank you so much to all our costumers who stopped by last Saturday. We received so many encouraging words from you 🥹: “ Glad you are back, we missed you”, “ We were looking for you”, “ I love your tres leches”, “ Guava rolls are back yeiii ”, “ Strawberry empanadas mmm”

That makes us remember that we are in the correct direction and that when you love what you do, it’s not a job anymore it’s more about sharing a little bit of Mexico.
