I am SO excited for this one! Join us for a Fall Reset & Sound Bath with Quinnfinite Possibilities.

We’ll write what we’re ready to let go of on pumpkins, head into the field next to the shop, and let out some anger, frustration, and rage. Then we’ll come inside for a calming sound bath and meditation. A little smashing, a little serenity. 💜

New sound bath meditation at Karen Ann with a pumpkin smashing session! We’ll be releasing unwanted or unneeded energy and stress this session before we meditate to ground ourselves once more. Bring your own smasher to use on a pumpkin! Event is at 6:30 on November 13th! We can’t wait to see you there!!
