Update on this weekend: We have decided to remain closed for this weekend. Thankfully, we have power and minimal damage but we plan to spend the next couple of days helping family with their cleanup.

We will see you next weekend with our fun and holiday filled October menu.

Hi neighbors! A quick update from A Dash of Wonder Bakery 🌧️

With the storm moving through our area, we've decided to stay closed this Saturday so everyone can stay safe and off the roads.

Once the weather clears, we'll check on things and let you know about Sunday and Monday. We're hoping to be open and would love to see you then.

These donut sugar cookies were for both of my twins' birthday celebration at school 🍩🍪

Years ago, my son randomly started calling donuts with white icing and sprinkles "Happy Funday Sunday donuts" — and it stuck. My daughter's always been loyal to pink icing donuts.

So naturally, I made both. Baking has always been a creative outlet for me. I feel so blessed to be able to do for not only my family but also my community.

Too much flour when rolling out your dough. It feels like the right move when things get sticky, but every extra sprinkle changes the ratio — and that's what leads to dry, tough, cardboard-like cookies instead of soft ones. A light dusting is all you need. Less flour, better cookies!
