So crochet and life delay!

What's that in the picture you ask? Oh just one of my u joints. You know, the thing that you need to be able to drive......

One was broken, the other was not too far behind. But, while getting it fixed the shop accidently broke my transmission yoke which is a difficult to find part...........

Its finished!!!!!! (Cue the slew of scammers messaging me today)

This take on a Lost Souls shawl is so fun to make. The colors reminded me of the waves coming in and out at the beach getting darker the further out you go.

To all my genuine customers, please understand if I don't respond to a message immediately that I'm waiting 3 days to see if it is a legitimate order or just a scam artist.

Sorry for the late post folks but in 1 week when you receive 32 scam messages ranging from is this available with no picture to asking how much a photo of me with zero crochet costs one tends to get run down.

I try not to assume they are all scam artist but after awhile you learn the signs.

I post this so if any one legitimately asks me a question and I seem snippy it is because of the scammers. That is all.

I've been a buzzzzzzy bee with crochet this week. This is the fruit of that labor.

This was a labor of love that I will 100% be repeating. The idea of a tiered bee themed witch hat seemed like too much fun to not make and though my hands cramped often, it was worth it.

Custom themed witch hats can be made to suit your colors and styles.

The audio seemed to appropriate for how long this has taken. The eyes are still up for debate.

I wonder if I put answers to ALL the scam artist questions if they will still message me.......

I live in Texas.

All these answers get used atleast once in a convo with a scam artist before they get blocked or facebook FINALLY handles them.

But the kicker? I tell people I use square invoice and no direct payments to protect my business and my customer. All I need to do this is an email address and still I have people argue they can't.

All of that was to say if you are a scam artist move along. I don't have time for you to try and be slick and throw off my crojo.

Custom piece in progress.

Its really sad knowing that I'm going to get atleast 5 scam artist or more messaging me the same basic question. I use square invoices because of this to protect myself and potential customers. Telling me that I "need a business account" for any payment is just insane to me. There is a special place in hell for these pieces of work that think its ok to try to scam small businesses.
