We love hearing from all of you who have librarians in your lives. My Nana (and Mary’s Nana-in-law), Lenore, was a librarian at Taft High School in Chicago. She took great joy in recommending (i.e., sharing her very strong opinions on) what books students should read. To honor her and all librarians, we shall implore you with a smidgen of sermonizing and a dash of a directive—please support your local library. Renew your library card. Check out a book. Get yourself back in the stacks. Become part of a community of resources, research, and reference. We need libraries and libraries need us.
