Ground chicken nachos- made by Me!!!
I put half red onion and half white onion in it, rice, and drained sweet corn.
Took it to work and diced 1 ripe avocado, diced some cilantro, had a half cup sour cream and half cup salsa that I put on top and I can’t forget about the !!
The tortilla chips were left over from Chili's Grill & Bar! I’m truly a girl who can make something out of nothing and use what I have to create something healthy and delicious!
