One of my favorite parts of my role at Sherwin-Williams is the opportunity to serve the incredible design community. Every conversation is a chance to learn, every project is an opportunity to collaborate, and every relationship makes the work more meaningful.
I’m especially grateful for friends like . Her creativity is inspiring, but what I admire most is her generosity. She believes that when we share ideas, encourage one another, and work together, everyone wins. That mindset has made her not only a respected leader in our industry, but also someone I’m proud to call a friend.
I also couldn’t ask for a better teammate than .dae to share this journey with. Seeing our team show up every day with a servant’s heart, ready to support designers and help bring their visions to life, reminds me why I love what I do.
