A conversation doesn’t reserve time on our calendar, and discussing a project doesn’t mean the work has been booked.

Our only complimentary service is a 20-minute discovery call for potential clients. After that, design consultations—virtual or in person—are paid appointments, confirmed only once payment has been processed.

The same applies to our design services: the contract requires a 50% retainer upon signing. Until that payment is received, the project doesn’t start, and the timeline doesn’t begin.

No payment = no booking. No retainer = no start date.

I won’t lie, it’s bittersweet to realize you’re already 13! How did we get here so fast?? We are so proud of the person you’re becoming, and watching you grow is one of the greatest gifts of being your mom.

Yes, we write on walls. And here’s why.

A complete design package is essential, but once construction starts, things change. Especially during a full gut remodel. Site conditions, measurements, and unexpected challenges can mean adjusting the original plans.

That’s why multiple site walkthroughs are a must. We mark locations, review dimensions, make adjustments, and communicate changes directly on-site with the contractor.

Because good design isn’t just about creating the plan. It’s about making it work in real life.

You fall in love with a backsplash, a countertop, or a cabinet color. That’s great! But did you think about how everything will look together?

Just because you love each finish individually doesn’t mean they’ll work together. And I can almost guarantee you won’t love the final result if you choose everything separately.

Start with the overall vision, then select your finishes as a coordinated whole.
