Hello, everyone
The past couple of weeks have been truly difficult and I have truly failed. I really made a HUGE mistake(s) and got in over my head when it comes maintaining this business. Many things have been said about me and my business over the last few weeks. Some unfortunate truths, some half truths and unfortunately even some complete lies or massive over exaggerations. Ultimately, what matters most to me is making things right with anyone who I need to. I want to start by apologizing to those who I have failed in any way, shape or form. I want to apologize and take accountability for any time Behold Floral Design did not rise to the occasion or any time that I have not risen to the expectations that I have set for all of my couples and vendor friends. From the bottom of my heart, I truly hate how I have made you feel and how I conducted my business relationships with you.
I take responsibility for my actions and what have happened in these situations. I take responsibility for the things that I have done wrong and the people whom I have done wrong. Ultimately, there is no excuse and all I can do is apologize and work hard to try my hardest to rebuild the relationships with anyone who has lost trust in me and my business.
I want to make right the wrongs I have done and I’ve taken the steps to start that process. I know there is no way I can take back the pain and suffering that I have caused. I want each and every one of you to know that I write this statement to try to show that I truly never had ill intentions or motives to ruin anyone’s experience when it came to Behold Floral Design. I ask for your forgiveness and for you to give me the chance to rectify my poor choices, my poor planning and my mistakes.
To my current clients, future clients, and vendor friends, I want you to know that I will never let something like this happen again. Those of you still booked with me will receive the best experience with me because that’s what you booked me and my company for. I will do what’s feasibly possible to ensure and keep your trust that your event will be taken care of. I’m so truly sorry that my terrible choices have put any doubt in your mind.
