The Rise - Energy emerging from stillness-
This artwork explores the value of each individual and the strength that emerges when people come together toward a shared purpose. The rich textures created with acrylic paint and sand symbolize individuals with unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths.
Each grain of sand is small on its own, yet together they form a strong and enduring foundation. This reflects an organization built on integrity, mutual respect, responsibility, and collaboration. Just as every grain contributes to the landscape, each person’s presence and actions help shape the future and success of the organization.
Throughout the composition, organic forms inspired by the natural flow of the earth, water, and air express open communication and trust. The layered textures represent growth, challenges, and the journey of working together, illustrating how diverse strengths come together in harmony to achieve a common goal.
A palette of soft, neutral tones was chosen to create a sense of calm while complementing the surrounding space. It is my hope that this artwork fosters a feeling of peace, connection, and belonging for those who work here and everyone who visits.
