I loved this dramatic kitchen that we gut/remodeled back in 2019. (The original wood kitchen “before” is practically unrecognizable!) Fast-forward to 2026, and my client wanted to go with less contrast so we popped off the counters and backsplash and replaced it with two beautiful Cambria quartz selections, variegated subway tile, and new island lighting. We also exchanged the black glass for clear textured glass. I loved the kitchen from our first remodel, and I love the kitchen from our second refresh. My client is super thrilled with the update!

Did you know I offer ONLINE shopping to my clients? Maybe for your out-of-area rental or vacation property, or you live far from me and we can’t shop together. Or maybe you just don’t like to shop and want me to shop for you after an in-home consultation. My client used AI with her favorite choices I sent her. She started with the mirror and table, and I selected 4-5 lamps, 4-5 ottomans, & 2-3 greenery and vases to choose from. They had the fun ship from their Flower Mound home and I suggested bringing it to the beach house atop 2 coffee table books. Lastly, from this photo, I suggested a photo frame in portrait orientation to finish it off. How can I assist you with your decorating project?

Take a closer look at some of the lovely details … the green stone counters, mother of pearl handles for a touch of elegance and break up all the gold, the unique fluted bathtub, and the herringbone laid flooring. All the details provide a very luxurious feeling, and my clients tell me they love walking into the bathroom every day!

I’m excited to show off this week the beautiful design decisions my client and I made in this master bath remodel. The lighting was poor, all the finishes were dated and damaged, and it wasn’t their style. We started by taking expanding the shower a few more inches and adding these gorgeous 24x48 tiles and beautifully detailed green diamonds on the walls along with herringbone bath flooring.

We remodeled and updated my client’s family room in 2021 - time flew by for me - and she called recently ready to update once more. We kept/reupholstered the matching chairs in a rich green, purchased a new swivel side chair, leather sofa, gorgeous rug, tall lamps, etagere bookcase for displaying trinkets/books, and 2 side tables. I love how the refresh came together!
