Through her art, she has seen her own spirit and intensity grow over the years. As a young child in the Northeast Arkansas, Hadden began painting and started her creative adventure. She loves experimenting with colors and new color combinations. She has always sensed some kind of release from seeing how colors bounce off of each other. ith acrylics because they dry faster than oils. Her restless personality refused to wait for an oil painting to dry before doing another layer. She studied interior design and has a BSE in art. Hadden's enviroment has played a center role in her artistic development. She has always had a strong love affair with water. Whether on a fishing trip, water skiing, or skipping rocks, her attention is drawn to how water made everything special. Surrounded by water, colors seem brighter and objects seem clearer. Most everything Hadden paints on canvas is inspired by water or an experience she has had in nature. Living near the ocean with her husband and daughter, has amplified Hadden's inspiration for recreating this passion she has for the great outdoors. The California coast has given brith to new ideas that Hadden cannot get on canvas fast enough! The ocean and its surroundings have given Hadden endless hours of painting where she feels as if she's been frozen in time. "Art if food for my soul", Hadden says with a giant smile. "I have been blessed to do what I love and certainly don't take anything for granted!"
