One thing we’ve both been trying to do lately is move more without making it feel like another thing on our to-do list 😅

Josh uses the KingSmith WalkingPad X214 for quick runs, and I love hopping on while answering emails, catching up on work, or when I’ve been sitting too long.

I think the reason it’s actually stuck is because it’s easy. It folds away when we’re done, doesn’t take over the room, and makes it simple to fit movement into a busy day.

I’ve realized the wellness habits that actually stick are usually the simplest ones.

Morning coffee.
A few extra steps between work tasks.
A quick walk while watching a show.
Moving my body without overthinking it.

The KingSmith WalkingPad X214 has made that so much easier because it’s already right there when I need it and folds away when I don’t.

Nothing extreme. Just one small habit that’s helped me stay more consistent.

Does anyone else find one dip you love and start adding it to everything? 😂

This Olive Oil Sea Salt is SO GOOD

I’ve been eating it with:
• veggies or pita for a snack
• spread on toast with eggs for breakfast
• added into wraps, bowls, or next to chicken and rice when dinner needs a little something extra haha
