Hi, I’m Erin The slightly chaotic human behind Erin Makes the Things.

I make plushies that are cute, creepy, weird, inappropriate and sometimes a combination of all four. If it involves plush yarn and gives me an excuse to buy another pattern I absolutely do not need, I’m probably making it.

I survive on iced coffee, audiobooks, spicy romance, Disney trips and starting new crochet projects before finishing the ones sitting next to me. My toxic trait is genuinely believing every new pattern I see needs to come home with me.

I’m ADHD, perimenopausal, a wife and a boy mom to a forever 20 year old. 💔I have approximately 87 tabs open in my brain at all times and crochet is one of the few things that makes them shut the hell up for a minute.

I love making things that make people laugh, smile or say, “What the f**k is that? I need one.”

Basically, I buy too much yarn, have zero self control around crochet patterns and turn fluffy string into weird little creatures.

And somehow I turned all of that into Erin Makes the Things.

If you’re into cute s**t, creepy s**t and handmade chaos, you’ll fit right in here.
