onnect with our Joy. My name is Stephanie Proctor and I am the owner and teacher at Paint It All Joy. I have 30+ years of experience in the Floral Design and Crafting Industry and I have been painting since I was a child. My wonderful husband and two children are my helpers, as well as two crazy cats who insist on getting their paws into everything. Being a military family for 25 years, we had the opportunity to travel extensively. During our travels one of the things that we have seen, no matter where we went, was a constant hustle and stress of everyday life. Everyone is always in a hurry, always worried about what's next. Taking the time to stop and take a minute to relax and enjoy the "Now" just wasn't in the schedule. Creating art has a way of allowing you to step away from the hustle and release your mind from the stress that can overwhelm you in life. It has been shown to provide relief for individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD. We as a family and individually, have experienced this therapeutic ability for ourselves.
