Over the last few years, we've been asked to paint some custom birdhouses- it's so fun to be just a little part of someone's happy day!

So... for the month of September we'll be taking orders for custom birdhouses for the holidays! Ideas and examples are below for things we've done in the past and if you have something specific, please ask. Just send FB message with requests, pricing, ideas, etc.

We can ship throughout the US - and if you're local you can pick up here in Deerfield.

Berry update:

Blueberry season was a bust (even though we had more blossoms than ever!)

Raspberry season was the best we ever had, but short!

Blackberry season we have NEVER had so many! We will definitely be selling blackberry jam in the fall! But right now we can barely keep up with the garden and pickles!

What's your favorite summer food?

We have had fun the last few weeks, watching the bats dart around our yard at dusk eating bugs.

Did you know that bats eat their body weight in bugs every night? They eat beetles, ants, moths, roaches, gnats AND their favorite is mosquitoes!

Please reach out to us if you are in the market for a bat house! To celebrate the 250th Birthday of America, if you buy one bat house, you can take 25% off a second bat house!

Porch pickup in Deerfield -- we can also ship!

This weekend was Lilacs and "Littles" on the farm. We had a hen hatch three chicks yesterday and another popped out of their shell just before bed tonight!
