It's been almost a year since I left South Florida and moved to Colorado. I currently work for a small catering company that services homeless shelters.I really miss teaching! Today I had the pleasure of teaching an online class to this lovely couple. We made Chicken Soulvaki, Tzatziki, Hummus and Babaganoush, along with a Greek Vinaigrette.
