Something new is coming to Denton, TX! I am opening a shop! 🎉

It's called Denton Yarnworks and our mission is to be a center for inspiration and guidance to creative minds interested in knitting, crochet, and other fiber arts.

We will strive to be a supportive part of the creative community in Denton by offering classes, supplies, and events and most importantly YARN!

We expect to open in June, but stay tuned for more details. Follow the page to get all the info.

Join us for the Knit for Food Knit-a-Thon on Saturday, April 5!

Knit for Food Knit-a-thon is a 12 hour knitting marathon to raise funds and awareness for food insecurity. 100% of funds raised will be equally divided between Feeding America, World Central Kitchen, No Kid Hungry, and Meals on Wheels.

The locations for the day are:
9am-1pm Greater Denton Arts Council
1pm-5pm Steve's Wine Bar
5pm-9pm The DIME Store

About Daisy Stitch Co

Hello and welcome to Daisy Stitch Co! My name is Shelly Diaz and I have been crocheting for many years. My Mamaw, Ida Fisher, taught me when I was a little girl. I still have many of the afghans she made my family and myself and even after her passing, they remind me of her and the time we spent together crocheting. I am a crazy dog lady-the shop is named after my sweet dog, Daisy. I live in Texas with my husband and 2 dogs, Daisy and Maggie. I have 2 grown up kids, Zach and Hannah.

I love all things yarn and started hand-dyeing yarn in 2019. It's amazing to create so many colors and be able to share them with my fellow yarnaholics.
