My last post 🫶🏽 This is my big leap from my zone of excellence (creative style content) to zone of genius (shifting style culture) bringing Your Aesthetic Style (YAS) from online business to global team player🙌🏽🌍

As a final post, I wanted to share about this lizard (photo 2) who’s an example of ‘Color, Contrast, & Line’ aesthetic styled by the OG Designer 🙏🏽 with colors 3x brighter than photo 😍

We stumbled across this lizard while hiking and as I took photos I kept saying “Wow!! You’re so beautiful!” He (or she, as my son pointed out 😆) patiently posed for me like: “I know I am.”

Watching this lizard reminded me of ✌🏽things:

👉🏽The awe I felt towards this lizard is the same awe our Heavenly Parent feels about each of us. Like this song “I have never seen nothing beautiful as you” 🎶 You ARE the muse for the OG Designer who created nature and design elements & principles as inspiration for us to co-create beauty in our own personal ways.

👉🏽Beauty isn’t conditioned from the outside, it blossoms through you 🌷 There’s always something you can do to create beauty.

YAS, this is me! This Day 3 vacay outfit combines playing with analogous* colors 🩵💚 (from Day 2 outfit) with an easy chic vibe (from Day 1 outfit) annd most important of all: I 🩷 it 🙌🏽

*Analogous = colors next to each other on the color wheel.
Just like color theory there’s a ‘science’ to what you find personally beautiful. 😍

Unfortunately this design science sometimes gets warped into a list of ‘rules’ and ‘shoulds vs should nots’ that it was never meant to be about. 🙃

Understanding design elements & principles expands ✨ your creative thinking instead of restricting your style to certain labels or items.
