Interior Renderings: When to Invest in One
Rendering a space isn’t just clicking a button - it’s a process. First, we design the CAD layout. Then, we bring it into SketchUp, model every detail, and render it in Enscape. It’s time-intensive, so we recommend it only if you’re truly unsure how a space will come together. This guest bath project was a rare case where I needed to prove something. We gave the client several floor plan layouts, and after 24 years in design, I still felt the need to see it visually. And guess what? My gut was right.
Another bold choice? The deep wine-colored tile. A risk? Maybe. But the rendering proves it’s nothing short of dramatic and beautiful - perfect for those who struggle to visualize the final outcome.
If you’re stuck between design choices, a rendering might be the confirmation you need. But trust - experience goes a long way.
