Excited to share a fellow broker’s latest accomplishment as he officially unveils his townhouse development on Newton Street in Denver.

I’ve had the opportunity to follow this project since my initial walkthrough last September and it’s rewarding to see it finally come to market. Carson poured an incredible amount of time, attention, and hard work into fine-tuning every detail of this new build, and I was honored to be selected to stage the home.

Our design approach drew inspiration from the raw wood finishes, black metal accents, and architectural details throughout the property. We layered in texture, pattern, and carefully curated artwork and furnishings to create a warm, desert-inspired aesthetic that complements the home's modern character while helping buyers envision the lifestyle it offers. We even custom scented the space, beginning with an earthy PURA plug in natural oil for the main floor followed by a lighter, sweeter scent as you ascend to bedroom level.

Congratulations, Carson, on bringing this vision to life. This one is going to turn heads—and I have a feeling it won’t last long

Coming 6/2, a property prepared for market by House of Glow in collaboration with Erik Decherd of A Better Home. Both Erik and myself served as project managers, bringing in the trades and ensuring the listing was ready for showings.

Although I can’t take credit for the staging, the house is a must see with expansive square footage, a home theatre, ADU, rooftop views and a Zen courtyard garden.

For over a decade, I’ve been behind the scenes prepping and staging homes for some amazing agents. Fluffing pillows. Hanging art. Shifting furniture. Hiding cords. Making houses look pretty for everyone else to sell.

And somewhere along the way I thought…

“Wait a second… I can do this too.”

So here it is — my VERY FIRST listing as a licensed real estate agent! And truthfully, I am co-listing with my partner at Modus Erik Decherd and the house is occupied so not a true Tracy-staging but it is still huge for me…

Honestly, it feels a little surreal, a little exciting, and a little like the start of something really big.
