Nola’s Comfort Food was in the move making breakfasts, dinner and dessert with a couple extra sides. Pancakes with sausage, scrambled eggs with hash browns and sausage, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn, fried cabbage with bacon and onions, pasta salad and strawberry shortcake. All delivered for some older folks to enjoy this week. I didn’t get a picture of dessert, but it was tasty looking. Then I grilled some bacon wrapped filets for our dinner.

Most people would agree, Mac n cheese is at the top of the list of ultimate comfort foods. Put a grilled hotdog with it and you are most likely transported back to your childhood.
