Hot Swiss Cheese Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c Miracle Whip (not Mayo)
1/3 c green onion
1/2 c almond slivers, toasted
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t nutmeg
Hawaiian rolls, cut into chunks

Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, stir together - cream cheese, Swiss cheese, Miracle Whip, green onions, almonds, pepper and nutmeg. Put in 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot with Hawaiian rolls. Enjoy ❤️

Tater Cakes

2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/2 all-purpose flour
1/4 c. onion, finely minced
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 c. oil

In a mixing bowl, stir together - mashed potatoes, egg, flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet on medium/high heat until hot. Drop by spoonful into skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy ❤️
