Been a while since I've posted on here. We're getting started today in Clinton Iowa. All the existing finish will be sanded off and we'll get the floor back to flat. After that we're going to finish up with Bona Traffic HD to make sure our client gets a very long lasting finish that won't yellow out like the oil polyurethane they have down now.

Wrapping up another one this afternoon then it's time for the weekend! We installed a border between the kitchen and the rest of the house to make a smooth transition from what we sanded. We grinded out all the bevels and went with a natural finish.
