These cookies are chock full of chocolate, walnuts, & cacao nibs, with some whole wheat flour to hold up all that chunk. 💪

My new favorite cookie: a brown butter cookie base with soft, caramelly Medjool dates, chunks of chopped dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. If you think you don’t like dates in your cookies…yes you do. 😅 Trust me.

It’s been a while, but I’m back with a new recipe! I woke up one morning, about a month ago, with this cake in my mind, and knew I needed to make it happen. It has two layers of cinnamon brown sugar cake, spiced apple pie filling, a whipped vanilla buttercream, and crunchy oatmeal crumble topping.

If apple crisp and cake had a delicious baby, it would be this cake.

What I wish was in my fridge right now: Rhubarb Curd Tart With Rosewater Meringues.

This lovely little treat I made a few years ago has a buttery tart crust filled with a sweet-tart rhubarb curd, then topped with homemade rosewater meringues. It’s the perfect late-spring/early-summer dessert.
