hainanese chicken rice (easy rice cooker version) ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿš INGREDIENTS: for the Chicken: - 2 boneless chicken thighs - 2 tsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp grated ginger - 1/4 tsp salt & white pepper - 1 tbsp water for the Rice: - 2 cups rice, rinsed - 8 garlic cloves, chopped - 1 small piece of ginger, chopped - 1 tbsp chicken oil (or regular cooking oil) - 350 ml chicken broth (or water) - 1/4tsp salt - 1 stalk green onion (I forgot to add this in the video) - 1/2 tsp sesame oil (drizzle after cooking) rice cooker by:

egg paratha ๐Ÿณ luarnya crispy, dalamnya lembut & gurih! fun fact: di India, ini jadi sarapan favorit karena praktis, ngenyangin, dan enak banget. kalian harus cobain!! ๐Ÿคค INGREDIENTS: - 2 frozen parathas - 2 eggs - 1 tbsp milk - 2 shallots, chopped - 1 stalk green onion - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tbsp chili powder - A pinch of white pepper - 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking - your favorite sauce for serving (chili sauce, garlic yogurt, or ketchup) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the paratha until halfway done. Remove and set aside. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, chili powder, shallots, green onion, white pepper, and salt. 3. Melt some butter in the pan, then immediately pour in the egg mixture. 4. Quickly place the paratha on top, pressing gently so the egg sticks. 5. quick & easy chicken burrito with homemade raising caneโ€™s copycat sauce! ๐ŸŒฏ ingredients for the Chicken: - 300g chicken - 3 tbsp dry rub seasoning by or the sauce: - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 1/4 cup ketchup - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce assembly Ingredients: - large tortillas - lettuce, chopped - tomatoes, diced - red onion, sliced instructions 1. prep the chicken: cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with dry rub seasoning. cook on a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. 2. make the sauce: in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce until smooth. set aside. 3. assemble the burrito: lay a tortilla flat, add chopped lettuce, then cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and drizzle with the sauce. 4. wrap it up: fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a burrito. 5. serve immediately or lightly toast on a pan for extra crispiness.

shoyu butter corn rice ๐Ÿงˆ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿš if you love butter, corn, and mushrooms, youโ€™ve got to try this! ingredients: - 2 cups rice - 2 cups water - 1 tbsp mushroom bouillon - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 cup corn - shimeji, oyster, and enoki mushrooms, as much as you like - 1 tsp butter - 1 tsp sesame oil - green onions Instructions: 1. Wash the rice and place it in the rice cooker. 2. Add water, mushroom bouillon, and soy sauce. Stir gently to combine. 3. Arrange the corn, shimeji, oyster, and enoki mushrooms on top. 4. Start the rice cooker and cook until done. 5. Once cooked, add butter and sesame oil, then gently fluff the rice to combine. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions. 7. Crispy Purple Sweet Potato Rolls ๐Ÿ  Ingredients: - 300g purple sweet potato - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 tbsp brown butter - mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice) - spring roll wrappers - chocolate sauce, for dipping Instructions: 1. Steam or boil the purple sweet potato until soft, then mash it in a bowl until smooth. 2. Add sugar and brown butter, then mix well. 3. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of mashed sweet potato in the center, then top it with some mozzarella cheese. 4. Roll it up tightly like a spring roll, sealing the edges with a bit of water. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy. 6. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel. 7. Serve warm with chocolate sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, and chicken bouillon powder. Mix well until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor). 2. Coat the Chicken: Place the cornstarch in a separate bowl. Coat each piece of marinated chicken evenly, pressing gently to help the coating stick. Shake off any excess. 3. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). hot honey chicken tenders using tofu ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ” same great taste, just plant-based! crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in a spicy-sweet honey glaze. wanna make it fully vegan? just swap the honey for maple syrup! ๐Ÿคค ingredients: - 300 g tofu, cut into thick strips - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp water seasoning mix: - 2 tsp mushroom seasoning powder (or chicken bouillon powder) - 1.5 tsp paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp white pepper wet coating: - 4 tsp seasoning mix - 4 tbsp all-purpose flour - 150 ml water (adjust as needed) dry coating: - remaining seasoning mix (about 5 tsp) - 6 tbsp all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder hot honey sauce: - 2 tbsp butter, melted - 3 tbsp hot sauce - 3 tbsp honey - 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra heat) Instructions: 1. Marinate the tofu: Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel, then score it lightly with a knife to help the marinade absorb better. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and water, then coat the tofu evenly. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 2. Coat the tofu: Dredge the marinated tofu in the dry coating mixture. 3. Dip in wet batter: Make sure itโ€™s fully coated. 4. Coat with crushed cornflakes: Press gently to ensure even coverage. 5. Air-fry until crispy: Lightly spray with oil, then air-fry at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. 6.
