Happy National Burger Day!

Try some stuffed burgers!

Ingredients

2 pounds 85% lean ground beef

2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning

1 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper

1 recipe of desired filling (see below)

6 hamburger buns, toasted

Burger toppings such as, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, condiments, guacamole

Special Equipment: 3-in-1 Burger Press, optional

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and Seasoned Pepper; mix just to combine. Divide into 12 balls (about the size of a tangerine).

In batches, place 2 balls on a cutting board. Using the STUFF side of the 3-in-1 Burger Press, firmly press each ball into a patty with a well. Fill one well with ⅙ of desired filling. Place empty patty, well-side-down, over filled patty.

Using the SEAL side of the 3-in-1 Burger Press, firmly press down on the patties to seal them together. Check seal; gently pinch together if needed. Repeat with remaining balls and filling.

Grill or pan-fry, turning once, until internal temperature of burgers reach 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes. Serve on buns with toppings of choice.

Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare through step 3. Wrap each stuffed burger in plastic wrap. Place wrapped burgers in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 4.

Sweet Corn Butter Bar

Mix up a little butter, cook up a little corn and savor the days of summer! Here’s a great idea if you’re looking for a suggestion for all the summer corn!

Makes: 24 servings

Active Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

* 1 pound butter, softened

* 1 tablespoon Rustic Herb Seasoning

* 1 tablespoon Bacon Bacon™

* 1 tablespoon Italian Garlic Seasoning

* 1 tablespoon Spinach & Herb Seasoning

* 12 ears fresh corn on the cob, husks and silks removed, cut in half

Directions

1. Divide butter among 4 bowls. Add one seasoning to each bowl. Vigorously mix until well combined. Cover each bowl and refrigerate 2 hours.

2. Fill a large stockpot with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add corn; reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until crisp-tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove corn from water and place on a serving platter. Serve with flavored butters.

Grilling season is upon us, and we’ve got you covered! Our Sweet Heat Grill Sauce is back!

Sweet Heat Grilled Chicken

Chicken thighs seasoned with Seasoned Pepper, grilled and finished with Sweet Heat Grill Sauce.

Ingredients

1¾ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 teaspoons Seasoned Pepper

½ cup Sweet Heat Grill™ Sauce

Directions

Prepare grill to medium heat. Season chicken with Seasoned Pepper; salt as desired.

Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once, 10 minutes.

Brush with Sweet Heat Grill Sauce. Continue grilling, turning and basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 5-10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

Our new spring/summer dessert is packed with all the flavors of a nostalgic ice cream treat!

Neapolitan Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Neapolitan Swirl Cheesecake Mix
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup water
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
Shaved chocolate or chocolate curls for garnish, optional

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine Packet 1 and butter. Mix with a fork until small crumbles form. Press firmly and evenly into a greased 8x8-inch metal baking pan.

Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool.
In another medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese and ¼ cup water until smooth. Divide mixture evenly into two medium bowls.
Add filling mix Packet 2 to the first bowl of cream cheese and mix until combined. Gently fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Gently fold in remaining whipped topping into the second bowl of cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours or up to overnight.
Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired before serving.
Makes 9 servings.

PB&J Bread in honor of National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day!

Ingredients
1 package Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®
12 ounces strawberry soda
1 cup peanut butter baking chips
⅓ cup Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread, melted
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir for 20-30 seconds. Do not overmix; batter will be lumpy.
Spread batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
Makes 14 servings.
