За этот проект команда Zrobim Architects получила премию ADDAWARDS-2024. Фасады офиса «Альфа-Банка» в Минске практически полностью выполнены из стекла — из окон открываются впечатляющие виды на водоем и лес.

Интерьер построен на сочетании двух основных материалов: шпона теплого орехового оттенка и клинкерной плитки. А в качестве выразительных акцентов выступают металл и натуральный камень.

Главной особенностью монохромного пространства стали эффектные арочные окна, во многом определившие концепцию интерьера.

Гибридное пространство площадью 200 кв. метров, расположенное в пригородном районе Сиднея Редферн, насыщено фактурами: богатая материальная палитра стала основой этого проекта, в котором архитектура и дизайн существуют в симбиозе.

Когда владелец небольшого бизнеса обратился к Эльвире Богдановой с просьбой обновить пространство офиса компании, она точно поняла, в каком направлении стоит двигаться.

«Нашим ориентиром стала фраза «ветер перемен» — метафора, обозначающая неизбежные изменения, — говорит Эльвиира. — Заказчик длительное время владел небольшой компанией, которая приносила стабильный доход, но находилась в режиме стагнации. В конце 2024 года он запустил новое направление, и что-то изменилось: огонь в глазах, положительная динамика, ежедневные пять-шесть встреч — команду необходимо было вернуть с удаленного режима, а самому помещению требовался ребрендинг».

The hand-pulled relocation brought the castle keep, originally built in 1810, just over two metres closer to the 17th century Hirosaki Castle complex.
