As we begin August, our hearts are full of gratitude for every customer, friend, and supporter who has been part of the Artful Ellijay story over the past eight years. Thank you for shopping local, cheering us on, and allowing us to be part of your homes and your lives. ❤️

This past weekend was incredibly special. Seeing so many familiar faces walk through our doors, hearing your stories, reminiscing about favorite finds over the years, and watching pieces from Artful begin new chapters in your homes was more meaningful than we can put into words.

Your support over the past eight years has built this business, and the love you’ve shown us over the last week has been nothing short of overwhelming. We truly feel so fortunate to have been part of this amazing community.

If you weren’t able to make it—or if you left wishing you’d grabbed just one more thing—don’t worry! There is still an incredible selection of furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, home décor, seasonal items, and accessories waiting to be discovered.

Eight years ago, we opened the doors to Artful Ellijay with a simple dream: to create a place where beautiful homes, local art, and meaningful community could come together.
What happened next was more than we ever imagined.
You welcomed us into your homes, trusted us with your projects, celebrated milestones with us, and supported us through every season. Artful became so much more than a store—it became a gathering place, a creative outlet, and a family.
Today, we share bittersweet news: we have made the decision to close Artful Ellijay and begin a new chapter.

While this wasn’t an easy decision, we leave with hearts full of gratitude for every customer, artist, vendor, employee, friend, and supporter who helped make this journey possible.

Due to the nature of the renovations we will be closed for a short period of time starting tomorrow Monday May 11th.
