Occasionally I have customers who feel I should compensate them for anything lost or delayed within USPS. It’s always a bummer the customer is unhappy and worse it is completely out of my hands. I try to help when I can, I’ve even called post offices in other states for info. Looks like there may be shaky times ahead for online retailers!
