We are happy to accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the re

turning of products. Currently we are only shipping cutting and charcuterie boards, coasters, signs, and other specialty items within the Continental US. Other products are available for delivery within a 150 mile radius of Evans, GA. (Delivery Charges Apply). Local deliveries within 30 miles are free.

2. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return. If your purchase has been lost or misplaced by the package handler, Wood Creations by Kwaku cannot be held liable for your item as we do offer tracking numbers on every item we ship. Please contact us if this does occur, we may be able to offer some assistance. All refunds are made after your purchase has been returned and inspected. Please note: all custom orders are non-refundable, but we will work diligently to resolve all issues. Additional policies
We welcome your custom order request. Please feel free to contact us to get a quote on your personalized project. Some orders require a 50% deposit of the quoted price prior to the start of production. Please note that an additional cost may apply depending on the custom request. Message us if you need help submitting a custom order or assistance with processing a payment. As a policy, we will keep you informed of the progress we are making on your order.
