The right interior design resources make all the difference. Before anything is selected for a home, our studio is researching, vetting, editing, and narrowing down the details that will actually support the way our clients live.

Furniture.
Fabric.
Wallpaper.
Lighting.
Vintage pieces.
Custom finishes.
Trades.
Vendors.

The list is long, and the editing matters.

As a full-service residential interior design studio serving Chicago’s North Shore and beyond, our job is not to show clients endless options.

It’s to bring forward the right ones.

The ones that feel personal.

Collected.
Layered.
Colorful.
Character-filled.

And worth the investment.

Because good design isn’t just about making a home beautiful.

It’s about knowing what belongs, what lasts, and what will make the home feel like a true reflection of the people living in it.

Planning a renovation, custom build, or full furnishings project? We’d love to help bring more color, character, and intention into your home.

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since this cabana at the Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens🍊

Revisiting our cabana, a project that began as a full reimagining and became a study in layered sourcing, materiality, and collected design.

Swipe through for the before and after, where structure, color, and detail were thoughtfully introduced to create a space that feels both relaxed and considered.

This space came together through an incredible group of collaborators, each element intentionally sourced to add depth, texture, and cohesion.

Grateful to the team who helped bring this to life:

A look back at that continues to reflect how we approach full-home interiors, layered, intentional, and designed to evolve over time.

What a space holds before it’s lived in and what it becomes over time.

For this Modern Georgian home on Chicago’s North Shore, the initial photos captured the design’s structure, proportion, palette, and architectural intent.

The final installation is where those decisions begin to settle in, layered with materials and furnishings that feel as though they’ve always belonged.

As a full-service interior design studio, we approach each home as a whole, considering how every element, from millwork to sourcing, works together from the outset.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, personal, and quietly complete from the very beginning.

We’re currently accepting a limited number of design projects nationwide.

Another milestone for our studio, our Modern Georgian project on Chicago’s North Shore, is featured in Sheridan Road.

A study in balance, this North Shore Chicago home preserves the structure and symmetry of classic Georgian architecture while introducing warmth, texture, and a more relaxed, livable approach to modern interiors.

We’re so grateful to our clients for trusting us with their home.

Two years ago, I lost my little shadow Ollie.

Time has softened things, but it hasn’t erased the instinct to turn around and expect him to be there. I still do it, more often than I’d like to admit.

Losing a pet is a quiet kind of heartbreak - woven into the everyday in ways you don’t anticipate. And yet, loving him was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I’d choose it again, every time. Miss you, buddy.

Zoom in on this one right away 👀

This space is all about layered interiors. A mix of vintage pieces, custom upholstery, and collected objects that bring depth and balance to a room.

But there’s a very small detail hidden in here..

Curious if you’ll catch it!

It’s hard to believe that September is already here! The mornings in Chicago are starting to feel a bit chilly, and I must admit, it’s making me crave all things cozy.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about entryways—they are the first hello and the last goodbye of a home.

Here’s a look at my own entryway. A significant source of inspiration in this space was the original mosaic, featuring a combination of burnt orange, maroon, and forest green tiles, colors that are typically found in Victorian interiors.

I knew I wanted the space to feel rich and moody, so I leaned into the dark green tones. It creates such a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for this time of year.

What’s a design element that excites you for the change of seasons?

It’s been a busy end to summer! We’ve had a few whirlwind project installs, and it’s been so fun to see everything come together. My life lately has been a series of gorgeous project installs and quiet moments at home (thanks to back to school), and I’m loving the rhythm of it all.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the blend of old and new that makes a house feel like a home, and this carousel is a perfect example of what I mean. Both of these homes are older, so it was important to keep their existing character and bring in timeless, vintage details where they were missing.

Take a peek at the entry mosaic we designed for our client’s Victorian home (hello, classic Greek key pattern!), and we’re in love with our client’s primary bathroom, where the walnut vanity, the stunning tile, and the unlacquered brass all feel so modern and timeless at the same time. The goal is always to create a space that feels personal, functional, and of course, beautiful.
