We spent the day at Medicine Lake in Northeastern California, Gavin caught his first fish on a fly rod and many more after that! We also got to watch 4,000 pounds of fish being stocked from the hatchery we visited last week. I loved getting to share one of my favorite fly fishing spots with him. 🎣

After a fun day on the water, Gavin picked for dinner. Burgers, garlic fries, were the perfect ending to a perfect day. ❤️

Now it’s time to switch gears. I’m looking forward to spending time in my studio tomorrow working on Happy Mail and creating items for the shop. ❤️

My hubby is AMAZING!

I found this old display rack at Hobby Lobby for $15. It was a well-used store display, but I knew it had potential.

This morning, he was already hard at work giving it a new life. It’s going to be perfect for displaying my handmade cards and notepads.
