Well, we got 11 2oz. Jars of salve (5 unscented, 6 peppermint & eucalyptus), and 9 lotion bars (6 unscented, 3 peppermint).

Not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning :)

Remember those dandelions I gathered in mid April? Well that yielded 4 cups of dandelion infused jojoba oil. Unfortunately the only batch I'll get this year since life got busy. But time to make some salve!!! (Hopefully some lotion bars as well but we will see)

Some benefits of dandelion salve and lotion:

-Very moisturizing and healing. Great for dry hands, cracked heels and elbows.
-Can provide pain relief and soothe sore muscles, and joints.
-Dandelions have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. They can help alleviate skin conditions such as rashes, eczema or psoriasis and can help inflamed skin from sunburn or bug bites.

I personally like to use the salve for my feet, psoriasis and muscle cramps. The lotion bar is great for everyday moisturizing. :)

Come on down to the fenville, VFW from 2-6pm today.We're just getting ready to draw our first raffle of the day.They will be drawn every half an hour and then we have our big raffle at the end of the night at six.
