While we are on hickory flooring …. Here is one I did for a friend . A real neat 1-1/2”x3/4” floor . Finish wet in this picture Will dry to a super low sheen which is very popular right now .

Here are two different wood floor species very common in older downtown Flagstaff: Douglas Fir and common white oak. I love refinishing historic houses and spent 8 years in the Philadelphia area working with a company that specializes in historic restoration of wood floors. My client on this job kept emphasizing that he was a 3 peat because he loved the way the 2 previous floors I sanded LASTED . Even gave me a tip ! Enjoy your Wednesday!
