- 320 grams of high-gluten flour
- 160 grams of low-gluten flour
- 40 grams of fine sugar
- 5 grams of salt
- 20 grams of fresh yeast
- 265 grams of water
- 20 grams of butter

Directions:
1. Start by mixing all your ingredients, except for the butter. Knead everything together until a shaggy dough begins to form. Once it's coming together, add the butter and keep kneading until your dough is smooth and elastic. You want it to feel nice and soft!

2. After kneading, divide the dough into equal pieces. This will help you create individual pizzas.

3. Now comes the fun part—shape your dough! Roll each piece into a round shape. You can use a bowl to imprint a perfect circle on top. Roll up the edges a little to create a nice crust. Don't forget to use a fork to prick the center; this helps it bake evenly.

Directions:
1. Start by mixing up your sauce! In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and if you like a little heat, the red pepper flakes. Give it a good stir!
2. Now, it’s time for the slow cooker! Place those chicken thighs right in there and pour the delicious sauce all over them. Make sure they’re well coated!
