Fire up your grill for a mouthwatering Balsamic Caprese Grilled Flank Steak that’s bursting with fresh flavors! 🍅🧀🌿
Ingredients:
- 1 flank steak
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and let the excitement build!
2. Generously season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Place it on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until you reach that perfect doneness.
