"Hi, I’m Shannon, the heart and creator behind Ase’ Zen — a small, handmade business inspired by self-care, spirituality, creativity, and the simple beauty of creating something with intention & purpose . Around 4 years ago I realized creating wasn’t just a hobby for me but my purpose ☺️ it brought so much joy and fulfillment into my life that I wanted to share my passion with others . I’m a single mom of two and a self-taught polymer clay jewelry and accessory artist. I love creating unique, colorful pieces that are handmade with care and a little bit of personality.

"Hi, I'm Cassandra, the founder of AM Authentically Me - Herbal Apothecary.
My passion is helping people create sustainable wellness practices that support the mind, body, and spirit. After spending over a decade working in the mental health field, I wanted to create a welcoming space where people could explore natural, complementary approaches to wellness through herbal education, restorative experiences, and self-care.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and am currently completing my Master of Science in Holistic Health Studies (expected December 2026). My approach combines evidence-informed wellness education with traditional herbal practices, always encouraging individuals to work with their healthcare providers for medical care while exploring supportive lifestyle and wellness practices.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is connecting with people who are looking for natural ways to support their well-being but aren't sure where to begin.
