Policies:
If your tumbler was shipped to you and was damaged, please let me know as soon as possible i will have you send it back and i will be happy to replace it for you! After 14 days the product cannot be replaced or exchanged. Purchased Products: As much as i love all the creations if you are unable to pick up or schedule a way to receive your product after 60 days i deem the product abandoned and place in my resell section. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade with care and a careful eye. But there may be minor imperfections.
