Years ago, after a pop up at BLOOMERS ON CENTRAL, I was asked if I could make a scarf. After a quick discussion on style and color I said I'd get right to work on it. No exchange of phone numbers or anything like that. No need, right? I'll have it done in a jiffy. Right on time for the winter season.

Then the unimaginable happened....well, not exactly unimaginable, we had discussed many times what could happen - and then it did!

So, without any contact info, the scarf went into a bag for safekeeping. I held onto it, hoping I could fulfill the order some day, and I'm so glad I did! Almost 3 years later, now the scarf is finally where it belongs. I can't wait to see it being worn after all this time tucked away. 💙

I'm not sure that there is a better compliment to a maker - when you give a gift and they immediately take off the beanie they are wearing to put on yours. 🥹❤️🥰

When I made my color block I knew I wanted to make a few duo colored beanies in those same subtle, moody hues. They really turned out perfectly. I've got Whales Road and Jupiter done. Up next, Tabacos.
