The story behind Zkano began in 2008, when Gina Locklear brought her vision for organic socks to her parents, Terry and Regina Locklear, who founded EMI-G Knitting. Just one year later, Zkano was born.
Today, EMI-G continues to combine generations of textile expertise with modern design and sustainable practices, creating quality socks right here in the community known as the โSock Capital of the World.โ
