Take a sneak peek at Pursuit of Passion, one of three pieces created by artist Drece Guy as part of the Second Chance Art Exhibit. Paired with Blue Jacket graduate Brent and sponsored by Lassus Drece’s work explores Brent’s journey through determination, hope, and the opportunity to move forward.

Through bold movement, markings, and layered textures, Pursuit of Passion reflects Brent’s courage to pursue purpose with faith and determination.

Drece’s artwork, along with pieces from the other artists participating in the exhibit, will be auctioned during the event.

This is one of the paintings I started during the live painting event on May 9th. I’m learning to slow down, take my time, and truly enjoy the creative process.
