ore claiming an item or placing a custom order.
1. To claim, please comment with color chosen, size, and your email and whether you will need shipped or pick up. ALL items require payment upfront, as most are made to order. For Custom orders please DM with as much detail as possible. Please do not claim an item, if you do not intend to pay!
2. Shipping is available. We ship by exact weight via USPS. Please leave your zip code if you need an item shipped so we can calculate the cheapest shipping cost for you! However, if you purchase more than $50 in goods we will ship for free.
3. All items are listed without shipping or sales tax included. These will be added to the invoice as applicable.
4. Invoices are sent through PayPal and will be cancelled if not paid within 72 hours.
5. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If there is a major defect, we will offer a refund upon return of the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. Please contact us first if there is an issue, we will do our best to resolve it.
6. Turn around time: We make all items ourselves. Please allow 7-10 business days for completion. TAT starts after payment is received.
7. Porch Pickup is available in Arlington or Walden of Fort Wayne, IN 46835 and 46815 or at Northwood plaza.. We will message you in a pickup message when your item is available. Please let us know when you are coming so your items will be available in the bin. Items must be picked up between Mon- Fri 8:00-8:00
