* Please remember that all items are homemade & while I would love for every item to turn out perfect… some may have minor flaws and imperfections making them uniquely yours.

*All orders must be PREPAID due to personalization, & before any making of any design will be done. (PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Facebook Pay accepted)

�DUE TO COVID �all orders shipped via USPS, FedEx & UPS may have a delay in shipment. I will send a tracking number as soon as I drop it off & you will know when your package is en route!

*Because most orders are personalized, NO REFUNDS will be issued after 24 hours of delivery of you receiving your order. During this time you would’ve been able to inspect & ensure it meets your expectations. I will send pictures of product before shipment to meet your satisfaction. In the event you are unsatisfied... please let me know and we can go about fixing the problem. Thank you for supporting my small business �
