I recently had the pleasure of visiting J. Mattingly 1845 and was thoroughly impressed by their operations. The new rye blend they've crafted is exceptional. Bourbon balls have become one of my favorite candies and Rebecca Ruth's are my go to. They carry several options made with different brands of bourbon. My favorite option would either be the Evan Williams or Buffalo Trace. Anyone make their own bourbon balls? What's your bourbon of choice?

Pro Tip: Ask for the boo-boos next time you visit a Rebecca Ruth location. They will typically sell those with small defects in a bag. You'll get twice the amount of bourbon balls for the same cost.
