Another old Tosa home with good, old, and beautiful 2 1/4 century-old maple flooring with old, original shellac. Repairs were needed where vents were moved and covered over the years; board replacement was done with correct reclaimed maple for a perfect match. A flush wood mount vent was installed. Floors were sanded, sealed with Bona Natural, and coated with Mega1/Traffic HD Matte.

A Greendale original home. Glue-down installation of 2 1/4 red oak over concrete slab. The concrete was sealed with commercial Bona concrete sealer. The Bona Quantum Glue system was used. The floors were then sanded, stained with DuraSeal neutral stain, and top-coated with 3 coats of Bona Mega One/Traffic HD Matte.

Busy busy summer. We are knocking out jobs 1 at a time. Beautiful Franklin home. 20-year-old 5" hickory flooring that was crowned and gapped out. Homeowners wanted a refreshed, darker stain color. Floors were sanded, epoxied, water-popped, stained in Duraseal coffee brown, and coated with 3 coats of Bona Mega/1 HD Traffic HD Matte.

Updating of stair treads and risers. Replacement of 2 treads and 1 riser, then covered with tread caps and decorative risers. LVP was added to the oversized treads to match the upstairs for a nice, flowing transformation.
