This white oak floor in Detroit Lakes hadn't been touched in over 24 years, and it was ready for some attention.
I sanded it all the way down to fresh wood, which took off decades of wear and brought back the natural grain. Then I finished it with Loba water-based satin. It keeps white oak looking light and natural without the yellowing you get from oil-based finishes, and the satin sheen gives it a clean, modern look.
It's amazing what a refinish can do. This floor has plenty of life left in it. π
If your hardwood floors haven't had any love in a while, send me a message. I'd be glad to help bring them back.
