Before and after in Little Elm! ✨ This family loved their open layout but not the dark cherry cabinets, brown granite, and two-level bar. We cut the bar down to one continuous counter height, painted every cabinet white, and installed Daltile Valor White quartz with waterfall edges on the island and peninsula. Subway tile, under-cabinet LEDs, and a new nook light pulled it all together, from demo to done in under four weeks.

We just wrapped this Oak Point refresh: about 1,120 sq ft of warm oak-look LVP running from the entry all the way through the hallways, kitchen, breakfast nook and office. One floor, no breaks, and the whole house feels bigger.
The finishing touches made the difference: new white shoe molding, freshly painted baseboards and clean transitions into every bedroom and bath.

After installation, the floors were sanded and finished with two coats of oil-based polyurethane for a durable, polished finish.

3.25" wide, #1 Grade hardwood

Plywood installed where needed for the new floor
