🌿 SECOND NATIVE GARDEN PLANT GRANT TRANSFORMATION 🌿

Another incredible project in the books and this one is truly special 💚

We officially completed installation for our SECOND native garden plant grant, featuring 55 herbaceous native plants that will help support pollinators, improve biodiversity, and bring long-term beauty and ecological benefits to the area 🌎🐝🦋

A huge THANK YOU as always to Warren County Parks & Recreation and their amazing team for the coordination, support, and dedication to making these community projects possible. & Earth Sangha for THE Grant !! Partnerships like these truly make a difference!

And of course, endless appreciation for my hardworking crew who always shows up ready to work, support the vision, and help make these transformations happen in such a short amount of time. I could not do this without you all ❤️

We are especially thankful for all the rain we just received because these native plants are going to THRIVE 🌧️🌱

Head down to Eastham Park and take a look at the new native garden at the beginning of the paved trail. Let us know what you think !

Stay tuned for the FINAL reveal video and completed photos because this transformation turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL 👀✨

I’m excited to share a new video from my YouTube channel showcasing the beautiful new meadow sign installed at the native meadow planting site featuring 55 herbaceous native perennials that were planted in Fall 2025! 🌱🐝🦋

Native gardens and meadow spaces provide so many important benefits throughout our county including:
✨ Supporting pollinators like bees and butterflies
✨ Providing habitat for birds and wildlife
✨ Improving biodiversity
✨ Reducing maintenance and water usage
✨ Creating beautiful, sustainable landscapes for the community to enjoy

A huge THANK YOU and shoutout to Warren County Parks & Recreation and Earth Sangha for the incredible collaboration and shared vision in helping make this project possible! We’re honored to be part of bringing more native plant education and habitat restoration to our local community. 🌎💚

And the excitement continues… 👀
Stay tuned because we were recently awarded ANOTHER brand-new plant grant location, and we’ll be sharing the full installation process soon! 🎥🌿

🔅 BIG NEWS 🔅 GARDEN UPDATE🔅

🌍 I FINALLY GOT A BRAND NEW SIGN 🌍

Last year I installed this native garden area to help support pollinators, improve biodiversity, and create habitat right here in our community. This is its first *true* full growing season and things are already POPPING UP everywhere! Watching the garden wake up and fill in has been so rewarding. Each year these native plants will continue to mature, spreading naturally and doubling or even tripling in size over time. 🌼🦋

I also just added this beautiful metal “Do Not Mow / Do Not Spray” pollinator habitat sign to help protect the area and educate the community about the importance of preserving native spaces.

If you’ve ever thought about creating a native patch in your own yard or helping protect a community space, I highly recommend adding signage like this! The Amazon link is below for anyone interested in purchasing one for their property, school, park, or pollinator garden. 🌱 ⬇️

Small changes create BIG impact for wildlife, pollinators, and our local ecosystems. 💚

BIG NEWS COMING 👀✨

I applied for a spring grant for another native wildflower patch… and got the grant! I’m incredibly excited to continue expanding these habitat spaces for our community and local wildlife. The location reveal is coming soon… stay tuned! 🌿🦋

🌸 Hi everyone 🌸

🔅Today’s Thoughts 🔅

Thinking of going native in your gardens ?

Over time, I transformed my entire townhouse backyard into a thriving, almost exclusive native garden(minus my hydrangeas )🌸
It’s not perfectly neat or “magazine tidy”… and that’s actually the point.

Native gardens are meant to be a little wild.

That “messiness” is what creates real habitat—food, shelter, and life for birds, bees, butterflies, and so many other species that depend on us more than we realize.

Every log left in place, every native plant, every corner that isn’t over-manicured—it all adds up to something bigger than just a yard. It becomes part of the ecosystem again.

I’m sharing the full transformation over on my YouTube channel (link below) so you can see what’s possible, even in a small space.
Watch the video to see bright color pops, various heights and dimensions for a low maintenance native garden !

And here’s the thing—this doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Even a small patch of native plants can make a real impact. One corner. One bed. One choice to work with nature instead of against it.

If you’ve ever thought about doing something like this, let this be your sign to start small and grow from there 🌱

Hi everyone 💚

HAPPY SPRING 🌸

This small post just shows how I turned the tiniest, most overlooked spot by my gutter into a little native habitat 🌿

This space cost me nothing—just a few logs for structure and plants I carefully transplanted from other areas of my garden.

What was once bare and forgotten is now a small but thriving patch designed to support birds, bees, and other native wildlife.

I added favorites like boneset and mountain mint, which are already bringing in pollinators and adding life back to this corner.

It’s proof that you don’t need a big space or a big budget to make a difference—just a little intention and a love for working with nature.

Every small patch matters 💚

🌱✨ Community Garden Update ✨🌱

Last year, we started a community garden focused entirely on native plants from a plant grant —and this spring, it’s finally starting to come to life in the most beautiful way.

Watching everything wake up and grow has been so rewarding, and I’m excited to see it continue to flourish.

This garden is for everyone to enjoy! Go check it out !

If you have any native plants you’d like to donate, I’d love to add them to the sunny meadow mix.

Mulch donations are also always appreciated to help keep everything thriving.

Feel free to stop by, take a look, and enjoy the space as it grows throughout the season. 🌼🌿

Let’s keep building something beautiful together!
