What started in Ohio with small-town values has continued to grow…even if I still miss the cornfields. Florida has replaced them with palm trees, barrier islands, and hurricane evacuation routes.
Over the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to immerse myself in the Florida market, build relationships, and experience firsthand what makes this area so special.
After personally experiencing two back-to-back hurricanes and flooding, one thing became clear: resilience should never be an afterthought. It should be part of the plan from the very beginning.
We’re evolving into a true full-service luxury experience - combining design, build, furnishing, décor, and styling services to create homes that are beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully planned from day one.
That experience sparked the next chapter of our company and a partnership focused on innovative building solutions designed around strength, efficiency, safety, and elevated design.
