🍢🥙 Air Fryer Beef Kofta Kebabs 🥙🍢
These juicy, flavor-packed beef kofta kebabs are ready in under 30 minutes and cook perfectly in the air fryer. Serve them with warm pita, fresh salad, and cool tzatziki for a satisfying and easy meal.

Ingredients:
Beef Kofta Kabobs:
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup minced yellow onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 (6-inch) bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Tzatziki:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
Gather all ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, 2 cloves minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Mix until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape each portion into an oval around a soaked skewer, making sure the tip of the skewer is fully covered. Place the kabobs on a plate and refrigerate while the air fryer preheats.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (188 degrees C).
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumber, remaining minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and kosher salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place 4 kabobs in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining kabobs.
Serve warm with tzatziki sauce, pita bread, and a fresh green salad.
